Pada 29 hingga 31 Mac 2013 ini akan dilangsungkan Karnival Astro Fiesta Mesra Belia 1 Malaysia Parlimen Parit di sekitar Pekan Bota Kanan.
karnival ini dibawakan oleh Kementerian Belia dan Sukan Malaysia dan ASTRO, dianjurkan oleh Pejabat Belia dan Sukan Daerah Perak Tengah, Pusat Khidmat AHli Parlimen Parit, UMNO Bahagian Parit dan Pergerakan Pemuda UMNO Bahagian Parit.
Selaku Pengerusi Penganjur yang juga merupakan Ketua Pemuda UMNO Bahagian Parit, Sdr Khairul Shahril Mohamed, berbagai aktiviti dan program akan dijalankan pada tarikh berkenaan.
Bermula dengan 29 Mac akan diadakan wayang pacak pd sebelah malam di Pdg SMK DARY, Bota, pada 30 Mac pula akan berlangsung acara funride, pertandingan gubahan & masakan, pertandingan pakaian beragam & mewarna kanak-kanak, sukan rakyat, pertandingan tarik tali, pertandingan dam aji & karom, mencari mencuba go kart, flying fox, pocket bike & go kart, pertandingan karaoke, derma darah, pemeriksaan kesihatan & gigi percuma, pameran agensi, himpunan big bike & auto show dan persembahan artis terkenal di sebelah malam. manakala pada 31 Mac akan diadakan Karnival Sukan seperti Futsal Padang, Bola Jaring 3on3, Badminton & Sepak Takraw.
Kemuncaknya pada malam 31 Mac 2013 akan berlangsung Ceramah Perdana oleh penceramah terkenal A.F. Ustad Kazim Elias Al Hafiz pada jam 9 malam di Padang SMK DARY.

TAHNIAH KEPADA 4B IPOH BARAT YANG MENJALANKAN MPAT KAWASAN
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan doa, nyanyian lagu negaraku dan lagu 4b seterusnya tontonan video ucapan Perdana Menteri sempena himpunan Gerakan Belia 4B di ICT di Shah Alam.
Dalam ucapan aluan Pengerusi Kawasan, Saudara Mohd Faizal Jamal bin Datuk Wira Jamaluddin, beliau mengucapkan jutaan terima kasih kepada yang hadir pada pagi ini.
Beliau juga mengatakan bahawa mesyuarat perwakilan kali ini adalah mesyuarat untuk memilih kepimpinan di peringkat kawasan, beliau juga mengharapkan agar kesinambungan belia ini dapat diteruskan.
Ucapan seterusnya disampaikan oleh Presiden Gerakan Belia 4B Malaysia, Saudara Mua'amar Ghadafi Jamal bin Datuk Wira Jamaluddin.
Beliau berkata sekiranya semangat seperti ini yang ditunjukkan oleh para perwakilan, insyaallah Gerakan Belia 4B Malaysia kawasan Ipoh Barat akan terus maju.
Beliau juga berkata bahawa beliau dimaklumkan bahawa pada hari ini akan ada perpindahan tampuk kepimpinan di kawasan Ipoh Barat dan insyaallah dengan kepimpinan baru ini akan lebih memajukan kawasan Ipoh Barat.

Beliau juga bersyukur kerana hari ini beliau telah melahirkan pemimpin yang mewarisi beliau dalam kepimpinan 4B, ini adalah perkara yang belum pernah terjadi dimana anak yang sulong memegang jawatan pengerusi kawasan dan anak kedua memegang jawatan Presiden 4B Malaysia.
Dalam ucapan beliau tadi, beliau mengingatkan kepada para belia supaya jangan tunduk kepada anasir anasir yang membawa kepada kehancuran belia.
Belia hari ini perlu mempertahankan kedaulatan negara agama dan bangsa kerana pada hari ini kedudukan belia adalah sebagai pewaris kepimpinan dimasa akan datang.
Beliau juga berkata, sekiranya belia hari ini tidak bangkit mempertahankan apa yang dirasakan sebagai hak mereka dalam mempertahankan agama bangsa dan negara nescaya satu hari nanti tidak akan ada apa yang tinggal lagi kepada generasi akan datang.
Seterusnya dengan lafaz Bismillahirahmanirrahim, beliau dengan berbesar hati merasmikan mesyuarat agung perwakilan Gerakan Belia 4B Ipoh Barat.

UCAPAN SEMPENA HARI KEMERDEKAAN DARI PRESIDEN GB4B MALAYSIA
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim
Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
MERDEKA! MERDEKA! MERDEKA!
Saya selaku Presiden GB4B Malaysia mengucapkan selamat menyambut hari kebangsaan dengan penuh rasa syukur dan penuh rasa keinsafan.
Ini kerana, kita semua selaku golongan muda belia ini sudah pasti tidak akan merasai kenikmatan hidup dalam keadaan aman dan damai sekiranya kemerdekaan negara tidak dapat kita kecapi 55 tahun yang lalu.
Saya juga mengucapkan jutaan terima kasih bagi pihak ahli GB4B Malaysia serta seluruh para-para belia kepada pejuang-pejuang kemerdekaan dahulu yang telah sanggup menggadai nyawa demi kenikmatan dan kemakmuran pada hari ini.
Bertepatan dengan slogan hari Kebangsaan pada tahun ini iaitu 'Janji DiTepati' kita telah melihat bahawa kerajaan yang ada pada masa kini memang telah membuktikan bahawa segala janji yang diberikan kepada rakyat serta negara senantiasa ditepati demi keselesaan rakyat dan pembangunan negara.
Saya menyeru kepada seluruh rakyat Malaysia terutamanya golongan belia supaya tidak mensia-siakan kemerdekaan yang telah kita kecapi hasil dari perit jerih nenek moyang kita terdahulu dan kita selaku golongan muda ini perlu serta wajib mempertahankan kemerdekaan ini demi untuk kesinambungan anak cucu kita nanti pula.
Akhir sekali saya juga menyeru kepada sahabat kepimpinan dan seluruh ahli 4B Malaysia serta sahabat Belia supaya mengadakan majlis Tahlil dan Kesyukuran di semua peringkat 4B Malaysia, Negeri, Kawasan dan cawangan. Terutamanya pada malam Merdeka itu sendiri. Kibarkan jalur gemilang!
